For my poster project i decided to do the artists Lil Baby and Gunna. They're both know for their popular "SLIMEY" group, that has lots of money and style. They wear tons of expensive designer clothes. In my poster i incorporated some of their personalities into it. For the background I put a designer bag by the name of "Goyard". I drew the slime and snake then digitized it onto my poster. I did slime because the artists are "SLIMEY" which is referring to their swag. I drew a fierce looking snake to have it represent the two rappers because snakes are slimey and also have lots of style due to the different types of colored snakes. I honestly loved how my project turned out because I came up with the whole layout myself. There isn't anything I don't like about my poster.
For my flyer i decided to keep it a little similar to the poster but change the colors a little differently and only add information on the flyer to keep the flyer more organized looking. For the background I chose to do the same thing as a poster, which is the "Goyard" designer bag but in a different color. I then did all the text in a normal green color because in my opinion of i would've done it a slime green like my poster, it wouldn't have looked right. so i did the Gucci brand color scheme. Red, green, and black. I decided to do Gucci because the rappers not only where Goyard merchandise,, they were Gucci and other designer products. I am well pleased how my flyer went out, I like the color scheme I chose and the font. However one thing im not pleased about is how the black highlighting came out. I chose to do a black highlighting behind my text so the text and font are easier to read. However the highlighting for some of the text is a little unbalanced.
