In both my photos, I adjusted the brightness and contrast. For the first photo I changed the tone of the photo. My goal was to make the picture more serious and bold looking. I increased the clarity so the picture can be more clear, I dulled the whites in the picture and added more to the black, to get that bold look I wanted. The second photo I did not change the tone, instead i added more blue to it and adjusting the brightness, dimming the picture just a tad bit. I added more to the clarity to make the picture more realistic looking. I added a little more black in it than white. I cropped both of my photos. I enjoyed making this process because it was enjoyable to see the difference i made in each of the pictures. It felt accomplishing to see.
